In the first half of 2026, MILLON Auction Group posted €96.3M - up 36.4% on the same period last year. Beyond the figures, this growth affirms a single ambition: to keep the shortest possible distance between us and our clients. On 16 September, the counters reset and a new season begins.
Maison Millon acquires 95% of Italy's Il Ponte Casa d'Aste, with the Redaelli family retaining a minority stake. Combined turnover reaches €130M - creating the first independent European auction group. The first time a foreign group has acquired a leading Italian auction house.
The November 2025 sale of Portrait de Beatrice Hastings at Il Ponte hammered at €2.816M - a historic record for the auction house and the highest result ever obtained in Italy for a work by Modigliani. The two-day session reached €8.6M total with 91% sell-through.
Over 300 lots from the collections of Maxime Bossis and Jean-Marie Pfaff totalled €1.3M - the largest sports auction ever held in continental Europe. Diego Maradona's 1986 World Cup jersey reached €520,000, Europe's priciest football shirt, while Johan Cruyff's 1976 jersey set a world record at €169,000.
The Millon Auction Group becomes sole shareholder of Pierre Bergé & Associés, which keeps its Paris headquarters at 21 avenue Kléber alongside Galerie Moderne in Brussels and Il Ponte in Milan.
